Mrs. Flint has been employed at Blue Ridge since 2000. She worked in the Business Office as Accounts Payable Clerk and then as the Accounting Manager for 10 years. In 2010, she became the Director of Human Resources. She is certified PHR & SHRM-CP. Mrs. Flint oversees employee recruitment, hiring, benefits, performance, and policies. She serves on the school’s Business Operations Team, the Leader Team and the Board of Trustees Governance Committee. She resides on-campus with her her two sons.
